  1. What is Cosmo Payment App
     
    • You can use this portal to make payments to Cosmo.
    • Simply start by entering your student ID. Example: L5BS/F/0421/045
    • Then you will be prompted to enter other details such as Phone number, Email and Amount you intend to pay.
    • After that, you can proceed to enter your card details and make the payment.
    • The temporary receipt will be emailed to you as well as you can download it once the payment is successful. The official receipt will be issued within three working days.
       
  2. Which cards are accepted in this portal?
     
    • You can use any credit/debit card with VISA, MasterCard, Union Pay or Americal Express.
       
  3. Are the card details stored in this system?
     
    • No.
    • We do not store any card information. Hence every time you want to make a payment, the card details must be entered.
       
  4. How can I get my student ID if I have forgotten it?
     
    • You can contact us using our office phone line during office hours,

  5. If the payment went through, but I did not get the Receipt?
     
    • This is less likely to happen.
    • But possible for some reasons, such as your internet connection was interrupted at the last moment of payment completion. Do not worry. You can contact us, and we can help solve the issue. See question 4 to know more about how to contact us.
       
  6. Is the payment app secured?
     
    • Yes. 
    • Our SSL has the highest level of encryption for your information.
